Oleg Zajac is Founder and CEO of NORDVANDE and the firm’s principal point of contact. He brings more than 16 years of financial-compliance experience across banking, international legal and Big Four advisory, fintech and digital-asset businesses. His work has covered AML/CFT, sanctions, financial-crime risk, regulatory compliance and the reconstruction of complex financial histories. He has held senior compliance roles at international financial institutions and advised regulated businesses through consulting and technology ventures. Oleg holds a master’s degree in law and an MBA.
